Personal Code of Honor

VISIONARY ART

    Every truly great human follows a higher code of honor. The rules only apply as a means, not an end. A spirited warrior will never be bound by such trivialities when faced with an intense situation. Each decision comes from the conviction of a life based on reflection and responsibility for one’s actions.
     It is disconcerting how easily the masses fritter away any respect or trust one might be able to cultivate with them, undermining any chance of real human interaction. They throw away everything for nothing.
     Virtue is not imposed, but realized within the individual. Experience and Intelligence combine with Intuition to create Wisdom. Age alone does not beget value. So often we fear that the elderly are thrown away, but many of them threw themselves away long ago.
     A courageous being can stand against the whole world. No power can sway one who is connected internally to universal truth. When acting on principle, the force which sustains the natural way breathes life into your illustrious deeds.
     Western Culture has forgotten Ethics. The knighthood’s chivalry has become an echo in the annals of our history. It is not lost. It is retained within anyone who stands for something beyond personal gain. Greed has been the greatest detriment to personal integrity. This in turn has led to the unhappiness of a planet lost in lies to each other. Every conversation is perceived as nothing more than an opportunity to exploit.
      Religion has become a means to cover our transgressions in a cloak of acceptability to many. Once a week, spread the wealth and conform. Together all the monkeys rattle the cage before its time to go home and resume the pattern. A neat and tidy system of absolute soul control snares another who would rather succumb to the influence of the mob rather than think for themselves.
     Today dignity is achieved by distancing yourself from the convoluted swirlings of half-truths and deceptions known as public discourse. Find your own way by reading, exploring, and critically examining everything you encounter with your own mind clear of association or reference.
     See everything anew. Help somebody not because the Bible tells you too, but because it is the decent thing to do. Don’t feel pious if you do one small thing to help another. Do many good deeds and you will see that guilt free giving has its own reward. Obligation, the great spoiler, knows not the joy of spontaneous sharing.
     Our greatest people of the past were willing to die for their personal ideals, and that is why we love them so much. From Jesus to Joan of Arc, the inner guide has steeled our resolve and perpetuated the spreading of soul energy. What warrior is not admired who has given up their life willingly for a noble cause? It is only when the cause is dishonest that battle takes an ugly tone. A good hearty war is like a cleansing forest fire to jump start the complacent to rejuvenate in a new and better way.
     Be sincere and open. The constant intake of data will never stop changing our world perspective. Above all, speak from your own authority. Persuade with a sense of purpose, not through force of imposition. Foster adulation with charisma.
