False Dreams, Weak Minds, and War Propaganda

Once again the forces perpetuating illusion rally the troops and package another false dream to meet the changing needs of the people to justify wanton aggression. One more time Fax News trots out a granny with her simple little mind to say go get ‘em USA to the applause of a room of people who most likely haven’t seen a history, psychology, or spirituality book since their school days, if then. Another time an attempt is made to paint people of conscience and intelligence as dangerous and traitorous to their country. THE SAME WORDS ARE SAID AGAIN AND AGAIN. It is exactly as if they were hooking up electrodes to the weakest amongst us and sending in bolts of electricity to reinvigorate old brain patterns that were already proven to be false.

The only way any of it can be justified is if one huge part of the truth is completely buried in denial. The tricky part is that the opposition takes up some of this denial (the part that doesn’t reveal theirs) and eventually tries to throw it in the face of the perpetrators. The perpetrators then COMPLETELY DENY and SMEAR the one making the charges so less people will believe them. This tit for tat goes on and on, suiting the war-makers just fine because then everyone’s attention is turned away from the truth, to the argument. Meanwhile nothing is changing for the better and the character of our nation gets dragged down by both sides as they head to the sewer to spray excrement upon each other.

The idea that once a sacrifice of life has been made, the destruction must continue only makes sense to those with childish minds and ABC logic. That argument becomes pertinent one second into any aggression and has no end – EVER. Each side could claim it and complete annihilation is the only result. I guarantee that the granny mentioned above has no idea what she is talking about or what it is like in Iraq. She probably watches TV news and really thinks she is making an informed and positive choice supporting her nation. This underscores the inhumanity of what the jingoists are doing. Let granny’s feeble mind gossip about Ann Landers or something. Perhaps someone should hand granny a document stating that she is personally responsible for her expressed opinion and as so is complicit in the murder of innocent civilians.

Crafty means are necessary to counteract the propaganda without succumbing to what the Dems are hopelessly lost in. Constantly playing the victim, their manipulations are almost as sickening as the born again bankers. A land of helpless, hopeless people stands by, losing themselves in prescription drugs and sharing them with their children when they show signs of life. Let the unconsciousness inducing booze flow, but cancer patients can’t take a toke of weed for the pain. They might reflect for a moment or two on themselves and the whacked out shape of relationships in America. It would be very bad if they shared their artistic, individualized perceptions as well. Got to keep that “Love” thing in the bottle. More Hippie-talk right?

No longer is it okay to standby and pretend that everything is fine. Too often a simple acknowledgement of reality gets put off longer and longer until those involved would rather die than face the truth. When things get to this point, the madmen have to be contained before they take the whole world into their cesspool of hate, lies, and denial. It is a sickness; a very scary and terrible sickness creating Hell on Earth. Tunnel Vision destroys humanity. Open and see the whole story. When you do, there will no longer be a debate. You will know what to do.
